Registration is open until 4 November 2022. Successful applicants will be notified via email no later than 11 November 2022.
Infection Control Measures
- Participants will be requested to use the LeaveHomeSafe (LHS) mobile application to scan the venue QR code and present vaccination record upon entry. The vaccination record should be in compliance with the government’s dosage schedule for vaccine pass.
- According to the guideline of Faculty of Medicine of HKU, please complete and provide a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) result within 24 hours before entering the Laboratory Block. Please show us the photo of the negative RAT result during registration.
