傳統的髖關節置換手術,以平面的X光影像作術前規劃,或會引致計算誤差;而且手術主要靠醫生人手進行截骨、打磨及裝嵌等程序。現時可透過機械臂輔助進行髖關節置換,在3D電腦掃描影像上作術前計劃,讓醫生具體及準確地計劃假體的尺寸和位置;髖臼的打磨角度及位置在機械臂導航下亦會更精準;出現偏差時,儀器會即時停止,以減少周邊軟組織創傷,確保手術過程安全。
機械臂手術可減少術後疼痛及併發症、加快康復,相信隨着更多醫生接受相關培訓,技術會愈來愈普及,令更多病人受惠。
