手腕或手指關節凸出一個腫塊，有機會是患上了腱鞘囊腫。這個疾病較多發生於30歲至50歲人士，其中女性發病率是男性的三倍。
鍾汶庭醫生表示：「病人最先看得到，很明顯就是皮膚外面，看上去有一個腫起的瘤。很多時是會隨著時間，可能一個月或數個星期變得越來越大。如果很大或時間較長，可能就會有痛的徵狀。」
鍾醫生於訪問中詳細講解病徵和治療方法，做較多重複發力的動作的人士更需要留意。
