港大醫學院走過的百年醫學路，為香港培育了各方面的醫學人才，不論是醫治罕見疾病的專科醫生，還是遍及社區，為基層服務的家庭醫生，他們都在各自的領域上默默耕耘，抱著濟世為懷之心，低調誠心地貢獻社會。身兼港大矯形及創傷外科學系臨床副教授的小兒骨科醫生杜啟峻，經常穿梭中港兩地，風塵僕僕，為患有俗稱「玻璃骨」的罕有遺傳病病人，帶來重生的希望；家庭醫生馮達標扎根屋邨四十餘年，深入社區，一直體恤貧苦病者。屋邨可以拆掉重建，但社區的人情味卻恆久不變。
